Hello, you are bidding on a very heavy skull and crossbones ring made in Mexico in approximately the 1950's. Although this ring is approximately half a century old, the condition is absolutely immaculate - as if it has sat in a drawer all these years. The best condition of any I've ever seen on ebay. It is made of brass or copper or some kind of nickel-silver alloy or all three. It is very sturdy and is a SIZE 9. The face of the ring measures over an inch (1 1/8) tall by 7/8 of an inch wide. It features a German or motorcycle-helmeted skull and crossbones with a number 13 on the skull's helmet. On either shoulder of the ring are the emblems - the fleur-de-lis - pictured. It has been mentioned to me that these rings may have been manufactured for some American fraternity but frankly I doubt it. The ring is an absolute beauty in any case and, by the standards of contemporary times - measured by it's age and pop-culture insider cache - extremely 'cool'. Possibly the creme-de-la-creme of these relatively rare rings. Please see the pictures and enjoy and good luck!. . If you have any questions please feel free to email me and I will try to answer them the best that I can. Please ask all questions before bidding as all sales are final. This auction is eligible to PAYPAL USERS ONLY. I will ship worldwide. Insurance available upon request.
