A wonderful set of 8 Heinrich Hoffman amber intaglio glass open salts in a beautiful jeweled metal display rack. Most of the salts have tiny chips on the inside and outside top edge. One is near mint. The signature butterfly is present on all. I suspect the display rack or holder is brass, possibly with gold gilt still present on the sides but worn off, oxidized, or dirty on the top handle area. The jewels are light red, dark blue, and fake pearl. One red jewel is cracked. The metal holder is strong and in tact - no loose joints. The rich color of the amber glass displayed on the jeweled rack really is stunning.
