Heisey Crystal "Dolly Madison Rose" - 47 Pieces Product Description Condition Shipping Terms of Sale Contact Us Product Description Elegant and beautiful - you can't afford to miss out on this amazing collection of crystal! Up for auction is a 47-piece collection of Heisey crystal in the "Dolly Madison Rose" pattern on Kimberly stem (#4091) goblets and glasses. The Kimberly style of goblet was produced from 1937 to 1957, being discontinued during World War II, then produced again after the war. Included in the auction are (listed in order of picture appearance below): 10 Water goblets (8" tall) 4 Iced tea glasses (6-7/8" tall) 2 Champagne/Tall sherbet (5-5/8" tall) 8 Juice glasses (5-1/8" tall) 7 Salad plates (7-7/8" diameter) 2 miscellaneous glasses (couldn't confirm if they were Heisey, I don't think they are, but the pattern is similar so they are being included in the auction) 9 Cordial glasses (4" tall) History of A.H. Heisey & Co. (from the National Heisey Glass Museum /archives/files/history.htm ):Augustus H. Heisey was born in Hanover, Germany, on August 25, 1842, and emigrated to America with his family in 1843. They settled in Merrittown, Pennsylvania, w he attended school.
