Description For Your Pleasure & Consideration.. H eisey V ery-Elegant Crystal CLear Rooster-Head Cocktail Shaker by Heisey Strainer/Pourer, with a solid glass Rooster Head Stopper. Check out my other items ! B ody of shaker is clear and is un marked and in excellent condition, with only a small air bubble visible {See Photos}, Check out my other items ! T his three-piece set: with, the No. 1 strainer style pour spout and rooster head stopper. The pour spout / strainer has crackled marbling in the glass which looks as though the glass is fractured {See Photos}. It is a solid piece, and is used to pour shaken contents into cocktail glass without the ice. Assembled it is 14 1/2 inches tall, holds 1 quart. It is in perfect shape with no chips or cracks. I pride my secure packing, and I strive to ensure that your item will arrive in the same condition that I sent it. However, if you elect to not purchase insurance , I cannot be responsible for the item once it has been shipped. This includes loss, theft, or damage incurred in shipping. Further, your item will be sent to the address on file with your Ebay account. If you would like it shipped elsew, you must notify me upon end of auction. PAYMENT Upon end of auction , please notify me {via invoice you receive} within 24 hours of your method of payment {i.e. money order, PayPal, etc.} Payment is to be made within 7 days from the closing of the auction. If you are bidding on multiple auctions, please let me know and I will consider extending the payment date. I accept the following forms of payment: PayPal (all forms) US Money Orders Cashier's Checks Unfortunately, I will no longer accept personal or business checks. If you should mail either form of payment, it will be returned, un-cashed and the item(s) will be re-listed. RETURN POLICY I am not an expert, nor am I a novice. I make every effort to accurately describe the items that I list. Because of this, refunds are only given if I misstated something in the auction. If I did misstate something in the description and you request a refund, you must contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work together to agree on a refund solution. I will not honor a refund if you have changed your mind about the item, didn't like the item. I will not honor a refund if the item was damaged during shipping. If you elected to purchase insurance and your item was damaged, we will work together in the filing of the claim. COLLECTIBLES I use both the "sight" and "touch" technique when looking for damage. Generally speaking, I only sell items that are free of damage, however, if the item is highly collectible, I will sell it, listing any damage that I find. I many cases, I will include a photograph of area of damage, in the listing. I cannot guarantee the condition of the original owner's environment. (Smoking, Homes with Pets, etc.) Most items that I sell are used but in excellent condition, unless otherwise noted.
