I am not sure if these salad plates are Heisey or TIFFIN. The gold pattern on the rims of these plates is exactly the same as the pattern on a piece of marked (Diamond) Heisey i.e. a small 6 inches by 4 1/2 inches pointed oval nut dish which I also have up for auction. The 6 inch plates are in wonderful condition. T are no chips, dings or repairs and the gold rims are in very good condition with about 95% of the gold in place. One of the plates has a couple of small, very, and I mean very, minor scratches. They are relatively insignificant but I mention them to be totally accurate in my description. I have other different crystal with the same design up for auction, including 8 iced teas, 10 goblets, 8 parfaits, 12 sherbets, an ice bucket, a compote and 8 dinner plates 8 1/2 inches in diameter. I also have 8 plates 7 1/2 inches in diameter with a definite pink cast to the crystal with the same gold pattern around the edge. These plates are in very good, wonderful condition. Mailing costs will have to await the determination of the location of the high bidder and will definitely include insurance.
