Samuel Collection No Reserve Fine Art Auctions Overview : This is an original vintage 1970's watercolor painting by Chicago/California artist, Helen Edell Sloan (1911-2005). Looks great and just needs a nice frame. Signed as shown. Born: Chicago, IL; Studied: Chicago Art Institute, Chicago Academy of Fine Arts; Member: Laguna Beach Art Association. Helen Sloan was a commercial artist and designer in Chicago. In the 1940s, she began working at the Walt Disney Studios. No reserve! Condition : Good condition with mild expected toning and wear from age. Edges are trimmed. Other tiny spots and smudges. Measurements : Painting measures 8 x 12 inches.
