Large 9 Piece Hellenic Jeannette Glass Wedgewood Green Collector Set!!! This is a Rare find for the avid collector of 1940-50's glassware. This Hellenic pattern with a Grecian motif is clear glass decorated with white painted Grecian men and women amidst pillars and trees on a Wedgewood green background. White laced design painted trim near the top of each piece. Manufactured by Jeannette Glass and sold through promotion by Gulf Oil Gas stations! You don't find deals like this anymore at the gas pump! For a blast of the past, collection or conversation pieces this auction includes: 6- 11 1/2 oz Tumblers. Three are in very good condition meaning with no apparent flaws on the painted decal with no chips or cracks. Three have one small flaw on the decal but none have any chips or cracks though. Measuring 5 inches high. 1- 5 inch high ice tub. 5 3/4 inches wide at the widest point near the top. Condition is good with minor flaws on the decal which are not that obvious. Faded 22K top edge trim. No chips or cracks. 1- 2 1/2 inch high x 3 3/4 inch wide at the widest point near the top custard cup. 22K gold trim intact with one area on decal flawed but with no chips or cracks.
