Stunning set: a Milk Glass Hen on Nest sitting on a tray of egg cups (3 of the 7 only)I have had this set many years and love to look at her and my many other Animal Covered Nests, but I have to whittle down my collection.The tray and the 3 eggs cups are marked Vallerystahl (which I understand in a very fine French Glass company) The unpainted portion of these has a slight iridescence to it and is just beautiful. The three cups are being held up by a chick with it's wings open wide....so lovely. The paint is in very good condition with minimal loss and only on one of the egg cups is t the slightest bit of a stress fissure. Not at all a problem though.The little hen is beautiful and is very good condition, her beak is just fine and her paint is great. She is not marked and may possibly be an addition to the set.Please note other chickens/hens up for auction also.Shipping, Priority with insurance, will be $16.95 in U.S. Ask all questions before end of auction and I'll try to get right back to you.
