Up for auction is a wonderful bed by Henkel Harris. It is brand new, never used, king size bed. It was delivered to our house, set up to inspect and then taking down and stored in a spare bedroom until we would need it after the addition is built next year, however, we found a king size bed by Biggs that we found in an estate sale that we perfer. This bed is mahogany and is done in finish # 29 and style number is 141 6/6. It has four posters done in a reeded sheraton style with flame finials. It has the paper label shown on the back side and the name burnt in on the front side of the lower rail at the head of the bed. I went to look up the bed on the Henkel Harris web page but it is not t anymore so either they stopped making it (we bought it the first of May of this year) or it is a custom piece now, I am not sure (I will try to find out). It is in perfect shape with no scratches or dings. This bed retailed for over $8600.00. It is the quality of a Kittinger or Baker and would look wonderful in your Colonial Williamsburg style bedroom.
