Rare Henriot Quimper Ivoire Corbeille Oil and Vinegar with Breton Couple This oil and vinegar server is rare because of its form, not its decor. The only other one I've seen is in my personal collection, and features a Norman couple. It's 6 7/8" long, 8" if you include the stoppers, 1 1/2" wide at its base. The front features a handsome couple from Quimper, with gold outlining and pale blue sponging that matches the Bretonne's coiffe. The back shows you which side is for oil, which is for vinegar. There are scattered Ivoire Corbeille sponged circles on the top, sides and back, some with gold centers, some with red centers. This oil and vinegar container is in perfect, as-made condition, with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is one spot on the top of the handle that was missed with the glaze. Since eBay now sends out invoices, I will only send one if you win more than one item, and I can combine them. I figure there's no sense cluttering up your inbox. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price, and I will insure expensive items, at my expense, since eBay does not allow sellers to add insurance to the shipping cost.
