A large heavy metal bracket - Overall size 4.5 inch x 4.5 inch excluding wing nut Possibly Herbert Terry Wonderful Art Deco design Screw thread with large wing nut is 1/2 inch thread Round pad is pivoted on a ball joint, 1.5 inch alluminum and topped with rubber insert Fully open gives a 2 inch space The underside of the top bar has a rectangular rubber pad painted white Small side wing nut is 1/4 inch There is a round hole at the back and on top - both are smooth, not threaded 3/4 inch holes Original off white paint , some wear and original patina
