This is a cute blue fishnet Pelican figurine from the world famous Herend Porcelain Co. Since 1826 Herend has produced some of the world's most distinctive and outstanding porcelain. Since the 1960's Herend figurines have been handpainted in the fishnet design from head to toe. They are accented in 24 Karat Gold and unique in design. Each piece of Herend is an individual work of art by highly trained master craftspeople. This piece is true to the Herend tradition and done in the blue fishnet and in wonderful condition with no chips,cracks or gold wear. He stands 3 1/4" tall, and 1 1/4" wide. The wings are so bright and pretty and there is a beak of 24kt gold as well as other gold accents. On the bottom is the number c93. The Herend Hungary logo and Hand Painted is also stamped there. Near the tail is the number 353.The piece does not come in original box but will be carefully packed to protect it during shipping. Check my other listings for more great collectibles.
