This is a real label from the Herfort's Canning Company in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Original home of the Ringling Bros Circus from 1884 to 1918. No question that this is a real unused label because in 1969 my family purchased the property and buildings of the Herfort Canning Company on which we built our new Super Market. On dismanteling the buildings we salvaged some items and found several of these fantastic labels. So even though this shows no wear or had been applied to a can of corn this lable is the real deal and you would be very hard pressed to find one in this condition. Better buy it while you can, may not ever see another one from anyone else. We ship once a week.
