These fine china salad plates are made in Staffordshire England. They measure 8" diameter. Each piece depicts an example of American architecture prevalent in Colonial times. The plates show French Provincial, a typical home of the "Vieux Carre" district of New Orleans. The color is brown transferware, hand tinted with subtle shades of red, green and blue. They are in very good condition, with no chips, cracks, scratches or other signs of wear. This pattern would be great for your holiday table! Thank you for looking.
