HERMAN FUCHSEL 1833-1915 AMERICAN. MOUNTAIN GORGE ADIRONDACKS, NEWYORK. O/C 44''X40'' An Undiscovered Work by Herman Fuchsel recently found in an Upstate New York Mansion where it has been hanging for several generations. This painting is in untouched condition original condition, it has never been cleaned or disturbed from it's exceptional gilt frame. The painting itself is a masterpiece in terms of size and subject matter by an important artist of the Hudson River School.
