THE UPHOLSTERY IS VERY CLEAN BUT IS DETACHED FROM THE FOAM ON THE BACK AREA. RECENTLY WASHED (EXACTLY LIKE THE RED ONE PICTURED). THE FIBERGLASS SHELL IS NOT BROKEN. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. PLEASE NOTE If you do not intend to pay, then DO NOT BID. We consider a bid as a contract and after twelve days we will submit delinquent accounts to a national credit agency for recovery. As all E-Bay traders do, we take feedback, and tfore customer satisfaction, very seriously. Those who give negative feedback without careful and sincere analysis of the situation and communication with us need to realize that they will receive negative feedback in return. Base your expectations on what you see in the pictures. Welcome responsible and realistic bidders! PAYMENT AND SHIPPING TERMS Years of experience have prompted the terms outlined below. Our intent is to explain to you the way we operate, so both of us have clear view of the trading process. All merchandise will be shipped via UPS ground with 2 exceptions: (1) Those to Alaska, Hawaii, the US possessions and international destinations will be shipped with USPS and buyers from those regions should contact us for the shipping cost which will differ from the cost indicated below. (2) Heavy and big items, with SHIPPING COST (not the winning bid!!!) greater than $100 will be shipped with a freight company and requires a commercial address. If you have a residential address you need to include with your payment a surcharge of $100. Buyer to pay all shipping costs. Handling, packaging and shipping to contiguous USA is $38.50. No rush delivery. Small packages sometimes ship immediately, others in 5-7 business days; larger ones may take longer. Customized packaging and shipping will require extra charges. No telephone negotiations regarding delivery. When using PayPal, we only accept payments with confirmed addresses. We don't ship merchandise on the week-end, nor do we check e-mails on Sat. or Sun. (gotta have a break!) Personal checks require a 10 business-day hold.
