Herman Miller Eames White Side Shell Chair What a find, White Side Shell Chair with original Zinc Eiffel Tower Base and glides. The condition of this chair is excellent, the shell is in really nice but does have some dark areas that I could not remove with light cleaning. Structurely the frame is excellent, t is one small seperation of a weld as shown in the photos, the original glides are still intact but some of them have splits which is normal for this vintage but could be replaced if desired. The shock mounts have shrunk over the years and tfore, the screws will not tighten up all the way (or atleast I'm afraid to turn them any tighter) and the is a little loose from the shell, this can easily be fixed by adding a spacer or some washers between the frame and the shell. The original label is present but the majority is torn. The Herman Miller Logo is imprented on the bottom of the shell. I will let the pictures speak for themselves, if you are looking for an original Eiffel Tower Side Shell Chair, this is a must have. Dimensions are as follows: 30.75 h x 18.5 w x 20.5 d . I would like to ship these via FedEx or UPS and will disassemble if the buyer is OK with that or if not I will not and ship as is. Pickup is always welcome, item is located in Hickory, NC. If you have zero feedback rating, please email me prior to bidding. Please email me with questions prior to bidding because items are sold as is. Thanks for looking and check out my other auctions.
