This is one of the nicest used speed indicators that I've ever had in stock. It will gauge rotations Per Minute from 30 to 12,000, and will also gauge Feet Per Minute with the use of the 1 foot circumference wheel that is included. The dial face is 3.25" diameter, and reads "HERMAN STICHT CO. INC. NEW YORK N.Y. NO. 502595 MADE IN SWITZERLAND" on the face. The main body is all cast metal and has 4 different ranged that you can set by simply adjusting the black dial near the spindle of the unit. The outside of the case is about 98% like new, just a few minor rubs, no cracks or names scratches on it. Overall the indicator is in fine condition, as the tips show little wear, one tip is a bit dried out on the inside rubber, but it works as I used it when I tested the ranges, and speed indicated. It checked out just fine, smooth operation, and was drip oiled in several places before use. Also included in the case are 5 tips and one 3" extension, and a glass oiler and oil tube are found in the two aluminum vials you see in the left corner of the case. There is also complete instructions with matching model information on them. The case is very nice, solid with nice hardware, very, very light wear, leather carry strap is fine, and also marked by the importer (STICHT) in gold gilt lettering on the top of the case, overall good++ condition. read more
