Selling more items from a long closed Clock and Watch Store...this is a Key wind Time and strike French mantel clock mvmt by the famous Japy Freres firm. Clock was found in an open box in the store, hence the pound of extra dust...i have blown off some, but this will need a thourough cleaning! Outside bezel diameter 4 5/8"...This mvmt needs a case with an opening of about 4 1/8", both front and rear. mvmt stamped ser# 2492, as is the dial frame.
