Hi, this is a sale for a set of Hiatt handcuffs the speed cuff addition used with all police units in the UK. the cuffs are genuine and come with on key issued by Hiatt of London and a leather pouch made from hard heavy duty Italian bridal leather (very similar to the one in the picture) what y ou get 1x hiatt handcuffs (speed cuffs) 1x stock hiatt key with pin head. 1x leather pouch made from hard heavy duty Italian bridal leather.(in black) NOTE: this item is only to be used by professionals and/or collectors and not to be used as a toy. all police issue numbers have been removed from the item to ensure they are not reused
