Hello. Up for auction is a RARE Higgins glass table top which measures 18 x 12 inches. Unfortunately, I do not have the wrought iron table bottom that held this piece for years.
This table top comes from the estate of a Chicago artist who was friends with Michael and Francis Higgins and this piece was no doubt a present from them. CONDITION: very good with three chips, please view photograph #3. Two of the chips are very teeny tiny and one measures 7/16" and is more like a piece of shaved off glass. The chips do not detract from the table top and this piece, if framed or placed in a table frame, would not have the chips visible as they are on the back edge of the glass. PLEASE NOTE: this piece does have a lot of bubbles in it and IS NOT SIGNED. SHIPPING: well packaged for safe delivery, via US PRIORITY MAIL, insured for the purchase price.
