ANTIQUE WAFFLE IRON by Smith, Francis, & Wells. CO.,Springville, Chester Co., PA is up for auction!! The waffle plateis 6"across, 8.5" across the collar base. Handle is 4.5" long, height is 2.0".Gorgeous ornate pattern on the outside of the waffle plate, and waffle sectioned into 2 triangles. This antique iron came from an NC estate, and is in VERY GOOD CONDITION with slight surface rust on inside and out side plates and base, not cracks or chips, very sturdy. I have not attempted to clean/recondition this piece, leaving that to buyer's preference. Feel free to email with any questions.
