I am sure you have heard the tale of the Highwaymen. T were more than 25 painters from the Fort Pierce area who painted Florida scene along the river and country side, in the early 1960. Of the 25 currently in the Florida Hall of Fame one is a woman. Since t were more than 25 in the initial group.when the lst book was written about the Highwaymen, Norman Wright aka NE Wright name was forgotten and t for he was not inducted into the Florida Hall of Fame with the others. As you can see by this painting, and others I am about to list, the paintings far exceed the talent of many of the others who had their names as part of history and were entered into the Floria Artist Hall of Fame.I have many of his other paintings and hopefully when Norman is entered into the FHOF, the value will skyrocket. Norman can still be found along the highways and flea markets selling and paintings. This is a new painting that was done within the past year and does not have a frame.I can ship this item to you or you can pick it up at my home in Okeechobee, fl.
