I am placing up for bid the historical Liberty Blue covered vegetable of the Boston tea party on the lid and Lafayette Landing at the West point scene on the bowl. This measures 9.4 inches in diameter .The lid depicts the tea act of 1773 when the some of the colonists dressed as Indians and dumped 10,000 pounds of tea in the harbor in protest of the tea tax.West point was a fort on the Hudson River and Lafayette was part of Washington's staff. The book price is 145.00.This is free of any chips, cracks or crazing. It was made in England. The lid shows a white spot, but it is not t, that is a reflection and the transfer ware graphics are great and nothing missing. Blue and white ironstone looks great and is very popular . I can accept Paypal, US checks( delays shipping) and MO.Washington residents pay 8 % sales tax unless a dealer, I have a shop in Sedro Woolley. I pack carefully in peanuts and bubble .My goal to sell a quality vintage/antique product , packaged and mailed safely to the buyer.I can combine items to save on shipping..
