This auction is for a Lock 1776 rocking chair. This rocking chair is made in a very early American style. It is painted black with quite a bit of gilded rings and lines. T is a lovely painted scene on the top with stylized flowers and a bird. It is in great vintage condition with some chips in the paint and a fair bit of paint wear on the arms. We are unsure of it's true age but as I said before it is marked Lock 1776. I took quite a few pictures so make sure that you check them out. It measures 40 1/2" tall, 27" deep and 25" wide. Please make sure you check out our other Eames era modern items ! We will be shipping this item via greyhound and it includes up to $300.00 worth of insurance.
