HMS Victory Portsmouth 20th Century Framed Watercolour by Kenneth W Burton This original atmospheric watercolour by Kenneth Burton depicts the HMS Victory in Portsmouth . It is a wonderful composition and is in perfect condition, nicely framed and ready to hang. Kenneth W Burton K W Burton was born in 1943. In 1999 he was voted the best landscape watercolour artist by the trade magazine Art Business. He is famous for doing a large range of signed limited addition prints which go under the name of the Counties of Great Britain. His original works can be found at selected galleries throughout the United Kingdom as well as in America, France and Australia. Burton is one of the most highly regarded watercolourists of the late 20th century and this superb River Thames watercolour fully demonstrates his incredible talent. This painting's composition and detailing is of the very highest standard and this original and highly collectable watercolour would grace any home or collection.
