HMV TABLEGRAND 109 MAHOGANY GRAMOPHONE circa 1925 For sale is this cared for gramophone in a beautiful mahogany case featuring 10" turntable, nickel plated fittings, long horn system and early sensible and adjustable switch off mechanism.Rebuilt No.4 Soundbox with new rubber gaskets has no distortion and gives a powerful sound response (gaskets harden with age resulting in poor volume and reduced bass/treble response).The lid has some scratches after 85 years of use (see pictures below).It comes with a mix of standard and long playing needles that play 10 records each.
