You are bidding on an HO-scale"Contemporary House Building, made in the USA/and/or Hong Kong, not sure how long ago, by Bachmann for their Plasticville Series, as a kit, #2932. I received it in a semi-built condition in the original box, but some of the parts were missing... So it is no longer original, but signed,dated, and "one-of-a-kind"... Note : don't believe it was ever used? It is definitely "like new" now. Overall size is: 9" long by 4" deep by 2-5/8" high(to the top of the chimney). I added new paint to the roof and the patio base over the garage. Most of the curtains are original, but I added some new ones (that were missing), along with a sun-bathing female figure to one of the lounges. Some dirt was added to the plantings on the front of the house, enhanced lighting to all of the lamps, some metallic trim to the BBQ and all of the door knobs, and finally added a wood patio with 2 created potted plants to the rear...The garage door is still operable.. Great addition for a small town, big city or country scenerio, without any time restraints.. One of the larger buildings created by this company.
