HO Brass International Models SP Cab-Forward with 7 Ken Kidder Brass Passenger Cars This listing is for a Brass International Model Products Southern Pacific AC-11 4-8-8-2 Cab Forward and seven Brass Ken Kidder Harriman passenger cars. According to the Brown Book of Brass Locomotives the cab forward was built and imported by International Model Products (IMP) Takara in 1959. As the photos show, this passenger train set is factory painted and the paint work is in excellent condition. The engine has cab number 4273 and the tender carries the Southern Pacific Lines herald. It has been tested on a model railroad club test track and it runs like new. The engine wheels were cleaned prior to the test run and they show no visible wear. The engine and cars are beautifully detailed, equipped with Kadee knuckle couplers and metal wheel sets. The overall condition is considered like new. The complete train set will be shipped in a custom built storage/carrying case for which the photos do not do it justice – it is unique and sturdy, the perfect storage and carrying for such a gorgeous consist .
