Here is an interesting FULLY ASSEMBLED model kit of a HO gauge European walled residence or mini-Castle with a keep (or safe tower of last resort). This is a nice detailed model with the keep as a separate structure...it can be placed in the courtyard or next to the outside wall. This castle is a part of a large collection that I have been asked to sell. The owner was a very good and long-time friend who was a Master Aircraft Electrician and Master modeler. He had a small layout and grew up in Wisconsin where coal drove locomotives until diesels arrived. All of his buildings reflected the late 1890s/early 1990s and were aged accordingly. He collected American prototype until about 20 years ago and once worked for the Milwaukee Road. He built many HO models for himself and for his friends. The owner often taught at Model Train Shows...how to age models, both rolling stock and locos with chalk. SpBahnhof is not a model train shop.
