PERKINS PRODUCE MODELGood Condition This is an HO/HOn3 built-up model of the famous Perkins Produce building originally designed by Earl Smallshaw many years ago. I do not know if this is a scratch-built model or was built from a Durango Press kit. I do have an electronic copy of the original article describing the building if the winning bidder wants it. The building was very well built, apparently many years ago judging by the remaining scenery at the base. It is a clapboard structure on a stone foundation set into a small hill. The building is in very good condition except for some missing roll roofing on the lower shed. The scenery has mostly been worn away. The overall dimensions of the building and the base are 9" x 8" x 8" high. I will carefully package the building for mailing using USPS Priority mail rates to US locations only. I will do my best to package it carefully, but it is a fragile building and may need minor repairs after shipping. Paypal is the preferred method for payment, but I am flexible.
