Absolutely mint, Key Imports, HO Scale, Rutland RR Consolidation Class 2-8-0, W/Stoker, coal tender, unpainted, runs really quiet and smooth, no tarnish, in exceptional condition,in original box, with original wrappings, foam, and parts bag.I am quite sure this loco has only been test run.Only flaw is that top lid of box has some scuff marks/shelf wear, but no water or mold damage to any part of box.An incredible find. Only 75 imported in late 1980's. These are quality brass locos, at a fraction of today's brass prices.I will pay Priority Mail shipping within USA with a Buy it Now purchase. I will delete shipping from invoice.
