Laser cut wooden structure kits. Signature Series NE20108 Tenement Row - Footprint approximately 13" x 15". This kit was our first "Signature Series" kit, and it remains one of our most popular kits today. These three structures combine to render a realistic scene that can be found along the side of any railroad track. Complete with fencing, fully detailed porches, and even clothesline, this structure is based on an original model by famed hobbyist Earl Smallshaw. Northeastern Scale Models products are laser-cut from milled hardwoods. We have kits suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced model makers with many years of model making behind them. These precision laser-cut wood kits are ideal for the modeler who is ready to move up from plastic but isn't sure how to start. They are a great addition to any layout. Kits include instructions, all wood parts including doors and windows, and finishing suggestions; detailing parts and roofing materials are not included. From Northeastern Scale Models: Sold by craftsman and Master scale Modeler, owner of JP Cohen Enterprises. We will custom build any kit we sell, detailed and weathered. We will custom build this kit and send it "built up" for an additional $100.00. Our built-up will also include our own product "card board boxes" in three different sizes.
