The items shown are the exact items you will receive. This lot has 9 HO Pla sticville boxed kits - however, all kits are incomplete. All of them have been used and most of them are in great shape. A few have broken pieces or sections as well as a few have glue residue. These are original vintage pieces from the late 1950's to late 1960's and 1970's. Now, some of kits main building or structure has it's main parts to build the structure - what are missing are the smaller parts or accessories. You are buying these 9 kits "as is." Some of the structures parts show are: Master Set of #4400-298 Miniature Farm (the buildings are complete - missing the small accessories); House Under Construction; Large Gas Station (has a major broken front wall section); TV Station; 5 & 10 Store; Bank; Church (broken steeple); Switch Tower; Watchman's Shanty. This is still a great find! Pl ease look at my pictures to determine if you can use these parts for your "kit bashing" or adding parts to your Plasticville kits.
