Greetings from p6321955! This is a HO/O/S Scale Bachmann Plasticville #2921 Independence Hall from 1975. From the Tandem Associates website: "In 1975, for the bicentennial, Bachmann would issue the No. 2921 "INDEPENDENCE HALL" with a different box, and this time and it had TUSCAN colored walls with a DARK GRAY roof." and "These TUSCAN walled variations came in kits that stated that they were HO scale, but they were made from the original O & S scale molds that had been used on all of the previous versions. " The windows and doors have been installed with on e window having a piece of tape to hold it in. All of the parts are intact plus there is an extra window and a US flag that would be put on a string. I put it together for the pictures but it will ship un assembled in the box . It is in excellent condition in the original box. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Any package with a value of $25 or a weight of 4 pounds or more MUST be sent Priority Mail International. VAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS and will be collected by the delivering agent when it arrives at your door. First Class International has no tracking or insurance available. If the item gets lost or damaged you simply have to file a case with Paypal and since I have no tracking number Paypal automatically decides in your favor and takes the money out of my account. Then I am out a beautiful item and all the money:( At least with Priority International I can file an insurance claim, in the worst case scenario. I try my best to accommodate International buyers by using First Class on any package valued less than $25 but it is I who is taking all the risk in doing so. I refuse to take this risk on any items valued at or over $25. For everyone, especially those who are new to my auctions: The items I list are from auctions and estate sales. I do clean things up before I list them but there is no telling what lingering odors will crop up after the item is packaged for shipment. If you are terribly allergic to smoke, pet dander, musty scents, then you should take this into consideration before bidding. I cannot guarantee that any item has come from a smoke-free/pet-free home! (I am very sensitive to musty odors and have stopped buying ephemera for this reason!) I am not an expert in this items field nor am I a professional photographer. I describe the item to the best of my abilities and try to take good pictures. With that said, this item is sold "as is" with no warranties. I use "Shipping Calculator" to determine the fairest and most accurate shipping cost. I have added, depending on item size and weight, to this shipping cost to cover packing material, labeling and labor. If you are bidding on more than one of my auctions and the auctions end within a week of each other, I will happily combine orders to save on shipping and handling costs.
