Its ideal for any business park and in combination with the Lauston Shipping and Bud's Trucking Background Building kits (both sold separately), makes a great centerpiece for a deep industrial scene. The kit includes the office, truck Loading Docks, Trackside Loading Docks which allows it to fit into tighter spaces. On New power units Factory Warrantees apply and are handled directly by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty agreement.
