For your consideration is this HO scale model of a New York Central RR Hudson 4-6-4. This is a powered unit, and was marketed by Rivarossi. New York Central Hudsons were one of the most famous types of steam engines; they powered the Central's top passenger trains from 1927 until about 1950. Several were still in service for about four years after that. I believe this particular model was produced about 20 years ago. I test ran it, and it ran fine both in forward and reverse. For optimum performance, it will probably need to be lubed and run a good bit. I don't believe it has been run much at all in the last 5 years. It comes with a NMRA coupler on the tender. It is engine #5405. It's body is mostly plastic, with metal running gear. I did not see any indication of damage or missing parts. It does not come in its original box. This is a well-proportioned steam locomotive that is a fine model of the Mighty Hudson. Thanks for looking!!!!
