HO train PROTO 2000 Diesel BL2 Engine ROCK ISLAND RI Album *** Click on the larger picture in this description to view a larger version of the picture. *** This is oldstock from a hobbystore warehouse. we have a BL-2 diesel engine, manufactured by Proto 2000, which is Life-Like's TOP OF THE LINE . The roadname is Rock Island, RI, RIRR, and would great if you are running NH, NYC, or MC. Features include: 5 pole skew wound armature with low amp draw motor Directional lighting Dual BRASS flywheels for smooth take offs and stops 8 wheel electrical pick up Blackened metal wheels 8 wheel drive SUPER High detailing Bronze oil-less bearings Frame mounted universal coupler pockets Laser-printed paint scheme and decoration Very nicely detailed and it is in good condition with NO BROKEN steps, railings or couplers but it was missing the rear steps. IT HAS NO RUN TIME ON THE TRACKS! I have track tested this engine and it runs but it makes a clinking noise when moving down the track, with an operating directional headlight that works. T is a box and paperwork in good condition. I WILL ALSO BE LISTING A 4 CAR SMOOTH SIDE PASSENGER CAR SET THAT CAN GO WITH THIS ENGINE THIS WEEK AS WELL AS A BUNCH OF EUROPEAN TRAINS AND TRAIN ITEMS THIS WEEK. It will look nice and is compatible with Athearn, AC Gilbert, Am Flyer, ATT, Bachmann, Lionel, Penn Line, Rivarossi/AHM and Walthers coupling.
