Up for bid is a rare Amtrak 1700 series baggage car in Phase IVB paint by Walthers that is mint in box. This was part of a limited offering for Amtrak's 40th anniversary in 2011 that sold out long ago. The prototype cars are former Heritage fleet coaches converted into use as baggage cars. They can be seen on various long distance trains throughout the country. This is sure to make a great addition to any Amtrak modeler's layout!
