Greetings from p6321955! This is a HO Scale Walthers Cornerstone Champion Packing Company Limited Building. The building has a footprint of about 12 1/2 inches long x 9 1/2 inches wide x 9 3/8 inches tall and is missing the overhead covered walkway and the underpinnings for the smaller loading station. This kit is in very good, built up, used condition. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Any package with a value of $25 or a weight of 4 pounds or more MUST be sent Priority Mail International. VAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS and will be collected by the delivering agent when it arrives at your door. First Class International has no tracking or insurance available. If the item gets lost or damaged you simply have to file a case with Paypal and since I have no tracking number Paypal automatically decides in your favor and takes the money out of my account. Then I am out a beautiful item and all the money:( At least with Priority International I can file an insurance claim, in the worst case scenario. I try my best to accommodate International buyers by using First Class on any package valued less than $25 but it is I who is taking all the risk in doing so.
