From my personal vintage jewelry collection: This is a magnificent wide bracelet and earring set in a quite beautiful design that is signed by the very diverse and talented designer Hobe', who has fast become one of my very favorites. The color scheme is one used often by this fine designer, but, as usual, he gives it its own personality. It is just gorgeous, and perfect for any occasion, elegant or casual. This set happens to be a favorite of mine, and I have had it for many years. I am partial to these wonderful colors, and the design on all pieces is so sparkly and elaborate, that I am reluctant to list it. But, sometimes we must share these amazing pieces with others, so more will know of the beauty created these many years ago.The cuff bracelet is quite large and heavy, signed Hobe' on the back of the clasp. Both dangly earrings are signed on the backs of the clips. Each piece is made of multi-colored rhinestones, selected and positioned perfectly so as to catch and refract each others' colors and light. This is what sets Hobe' apart as a designer, and this attribute is masterfully executed in this classic set. To me, this is Hobe' at his best & brightest.The brilliant rhinestones consist of many sizes and shapes, as well as colors. 's a rundown: Purple rounds and marquis, bright pink (some darker pink than others) rounds and baguettes, lavender marquis and rounds, and clear rounds and baguettes. All stones are faceted and appear prong-set, mounted in an ornate centerpiece, as well as all the way down both sides of the shiny gold-toned, tightly woven wide mesh band. The band is bordered on 1 side with tiny purple rounds, and tiny lavender rounds border the other. Jeweled up and down, the bracelet is even more amazing when paired with the glamorous, dangly earrings. The earrings contain stones in the same shapes and colors.This sparkling bouquet of color and texture is set in a very beautiful and heavy well-made design on each of the beautiful pieces. I see no stones missing from any piece. Amazingly, t appears to be only minimal wear to the stones and to the metalwork, any of which would be understandable, given the estimated age of the set. All stones look wonderful. All the stones are in good, clear condition. Some of the tiny clear rhinestones appear darker than others, and apparently t is at least 1 stone that has been replaced over the years: A tiny round at the top of one earring has been replaced with a pale blue or green stone. This is not noticeable when being worn, is an easy replacement if so desired, and certainly does not detract from the overall beauty of this fabulous older set.T is so much glitter and sparkle in this set, it simply looks marvelous for its estimated age!All pieces are of excellent quality and are very wearable for their weights & sizes, as I have come to expect from this marvelous designer. It was apparently very well-cared-for by its previous owner(s). Measuring approx. 6 3/4 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide at the centerpiece, the bracelet is quite stunning. T is a working safety chain, and the clasp is nice and tight. The dangly clip earrings measure approx. 2 1/4 long by 3/4 inch wide at their widest, and are magnificent also.This is an unusual and beautiful wonderful Hobe' set that I hate parting with!
