Here is a nice, ready for complete restoration or use it the way it is, circa 1926 Holcomb & Hoke Butter-Kist Toasted Peanut Machine. This machine is very complete. One piece of trim is missing on top of the sign which is an exact reproduction from an existing sign I have. Many of these on Ebay have missing or broken glass. The upper door needs soldering on one corner. The drawer is missing as you can see in the pictures. I will give the buyer 2 options. The first is I will copy the original plans for the drawer so you can make an exact copy yourself or I will make a drawer for an additional $30.00 and you will finish it.
About the roaster. Again the sign is a new reproduction. The roaster element heats up. The warmer in the base heats up. The lights come on. The motor works. The push buttons all work. I am missing the pulley for the motor but am looking for a replacement. These are less than $5.00. I will provide a new leather drive belt that would have been used originally. The metal on this machine is in good shape with no serious rust problems.
I am in the process of building a Holcomb & Hoke Butter-Kist truck and need to raise money for it and other on going projects at the J.H.Fentress Antique Popcorn Museum. . I will be listing many tins, boxes and other very rare Holcomb & Hoke items that I am going to copy to raise money for our projects and to keep the free museum operating.

The last roaster I shipped was about $120.00 with packing. That is a good estimate. I can deliver to the Chicagoland Show this spring or on the route to Nashville Tn. from Toledo Ohio in two weeks for a small fee.
