This is a large antique Holdcroft majolica shell shaped bowl, circa 1880. An impressed English registry mark and maker's mark, J. Holdcroft is on the bottom. The bowl is a beautifull turquoise blue glaze color and rests on three brown conch shell feet. It is a large piece in size, measuring 11" x 8.5" x 3 1/2" and would look nice as a centerpiece. There is one chip on one of the brown conch foot. One very tiny flea bite the Rim. No cracks or repairs.Rich color!Questions? Please Ask! Will be packaged in double box.
