You are bidding on a HOLLAND DELFT BLUE PITCHER GUELDERS SVPNT SEARS MARK---RARE. This was made for a private production item as a special promotion for the Sears, Roebuck & Co. and part of the Sears Vincent Price National Treasure collections. SVPNT stands for Sears Vincent Price National Treasure mark. Vincent Price worked for Sears in the 1960's. Vincent and his wife, Mary Grant Price, put together a superb ceramics collection from around the world. They particularly enjoyed Delftware, and even chose to reproduce it for their line of National Treasures for Sears Roebuck. Noted on the bottom of the pitcher is: Guelders Delft, Made in Holland, and above this is the SVPNT trademark. Measures 6 inches tall. It is in excellent condition with no chips, breaks or repairs.
