What we have shown is a stunning Hollywood Regency style loveseat. Lovesat is well made, has a lovely upholstered fabric pattern with caned sides and wooden legs. This loveseat will go perfect in any room of your choice. Could use a little cleaning, but still are in good condtion. Measures (together), 63"W x 34"H x 29"D. Chairs must be shipped by a freight company. Local pick-ups are welcomed or delivery. See below details. Bid Now!!! sf606 PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BIDDING. Due to high volume, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. All items are guaranteed as stated and described to the best of our ability , including any noticeable marks it may have, as well as provide many photos. If an item is considered oversized or fragile, we will state that and the item must be shipped by a freight company like PlyconVanlines or PackageExpressNY / . OR, you can use another freight company of your choice. Please obtain a quote prior to bidding on oversized items that we may list. Origin is Brooklyn, NY 11205. The winning bidder will be sent an invoice including shipping and handling within 72 hours of the auction ending. For items that are fragile or oversized that is subject to freight, I will send you an invoice without shipping and or freight charges as you will be responsible for shipping arrangements on these items. Paypal, Money Orders and checks (clearance before shipping) is accepted. Payment MUST be received within 5 days after the auction ends. If not received within 5 days, the item will be relisted or offered to the second highest bidder. Your winning bid is a binding contract. Delivery available only to Brooklyn and Manhattan for a fee. Pick-Ups are welcomed. T will be a $10.00 pick-up fee. If items are to be picked up, it must be done within 14 days from the end of the auction. Not responsible for items held past 14 days after end of auction close. New York Residents - Sales tax of 8.375% will be added at time of check-out.
