When you visit the whimsical mice community of Birch Bark Village you can visit a Gift Shop, a Sled & Skate rental, and a friendly neighborhood Restaurant and Pub. Go ahead and take a peek inside, each features a charming little scene, and a flip of the switch puts all the buildings aglow! Three porcelain buildings measure approximately: 5"H with nine 2"H porcelain figures. Eight foot cord with three 7 watt bulbs. This adorable village was designed exclusively for House of Lloyd's catalog line and sold for $74.95.A wonderful addition to a mice or mouse collection or if you collect different Christmas villages. Would make a great addition to you Christmas holiday decorations! NOTE: T is a tiny flaw in this item. See photo w one of the building on the bottom the plate has a crack in it. T is a little piece on the bottom of the building which has a display with little people on it that is placed inside the house and this is the piece on the bottom that is cracked. The crack is on the bottom of the Sled & Skate house. This is not visible when village is displayed and was t when I got the item but wanted to mention it so you can keep it in mind when deciding to place a bid or not. Due to the fact that item was shown I'm not listing it as new but it is in wonderful condition and never displayed in my home so just minimal use at parties and has been stored away. NOTE: For items in box, the box may show some signs of wear from storage but items are new. This box is not in the best condition as item was used for demonstrating purposes and shows wear from item being removed to show at parties. The holidays are just around the corner and will be before we know it so now is a good time to get a head start on your Christmas shopping! House of Lloyd is no longer in business and has been purchased by Home Interiors Homo Gifts so be sure to pick this item up now while it's still available. House of Lloyd closed their doors in January of 2002.
