I made this when times were tough and I didn't think I would ever afford a real Franklin. Using a good running 21165, a repro smoke stack and spray paint. I used green, red and black metallic with gold and yellow accents and repro stickers. Trucks are attached to tender with nuts and bolts. I replaced foil head light with an Atlantic h/l lens.
