I think I can safely call this a fairly major basket. It is large for a Hopi coiled bowl, measuring 8 inches high and 9 inches in diameter. Plenty of room on it to fit two kachina masks, three deer, two ears of corn and a great rain cloud. I would say it probably dates to the 60s or 70s. The maker used lots of sophisticated overstitching for detail work as you can see in the photos. It does have a very very slight lean to it, mainly visible from one angle. It is in excellent condition.

Shipping within US is $ 16.00. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping charge. Insurance is required for all items sold for over $ 50. I use USPS and FEDEX. I like FEDEX ground (particularly for larger packages) because it is quick, very trackable and provides automatic insurance up to $ 100. Any items sent uninsured are sent at the buyer's risk.

I am glad to ship to Europe, but shipping prices are higher, although not unreasonable, particularly with lighter weight items. Please email for a quote. Payment for overseas sales can be made only by paypal in US dollars. While we make every effort to please our international customers, overseas shipment is at the risk of the buyer. When needed, customs forms are filled out completely and accurately.

Paypal gladly accepted with payment expected within three days. We only ship to the verified paypal address-no exceptions. Checks and money orders welcome but will delay shipping until funds clear. Checks and money orders expected to arrive within 7 working days.
