A Hornby Schools class, B.R. no. 30909, St Pauls, which was originally a sound fitted loco, but has had the sound chip and speaker removed, and replaced with a 21-pin blanking plug. This gives a DC modeller the chance to purchase a loco that normally sells over the £200 mark, for less than half the price. The box has had its end label altered to show that it is now DCC ready, and it comes with its cardboard picture sleeve, which I have blanked the references to "sound" with insulating tape, which can easily be removed if required. This item is brand new, and has been out of the box only for removal of the sound system, and photographing.
