HORROCKS & IBBOTSON GOVERNOR 9' 3 PC.BAMBOO FLY ROD A very nice 9 ft. HI Governor with two full tips that have only a very slight set. All rod sections are full length and without any defects in the bamboo. The varnish is generally very good with some areas that could be polished out. Scrip writing is good with the HI decal t but the top portation is missing. All ferrule fits are snug without clicks or vibration. No cracks, corrosion or other ferrule defects. The cork handle is in excellent shape with no ridging or chunks missing. The reel seat works well and looks almost new. All original snake guides and maroon wraps. The original cloth bag is in Great shape no rips or tears with HI label still t (very Rare). ALL ORIGINAL !!!!!
